By means of 3D silicone plotting a variety of silicone structures can be created - without any molds or tools. The CNC-controlled process provides a standardized production method, as well for complex products. We constantly develop new products, materials and processes at our laboratory unit. Higher quantities for the medical technology sector are produced on a powerful series system.

Materials

We process liquid silicones and will also find the perfect material for your application area. For applications in the medical technology and in the biotechnological sector we use a wide range of biocompatible silicones that have been tested and approved by the manufacturer, for example according to USP class VI and ISO 10993.

Areas of application

The extensive range of different materials and flexible processing procedures provide unlimited application possibilities for our products. Our current focus: Wound dressings made of pure silicone for the medical technology sector, Scaffolds / cell carrier for the biotechnological sector, complex fabrics for filter technology and demanding geometries in the field of sealing technology.
